The "4Viertel" project continues the Viscosistadt site and will create an unmistakable start to the new district on Seetalplatz. It is reminiscent of the former industrial character of the area and at the same time rings in new urban qualities with exciting squares and alleyways between the buildings. Shops, offices, cinema auditoriums with a spacious foyer as well as around 180 apartments are to be created here over a total usable area of around 30,000 square metres.
