The new break hall of the St. Karl primary school offers the children a covered place to stay as an extension of the break area. The confrontation with the roots of the trees determines the position of the concrete columns. This irregularity also creates a playful aspect, which is reinforced by the mushroom shape of the columns as inverted spinning tops. Following the existing benches, a new pavement provides obstacle-free access to the main entrance.
