At Sternenplatz 3 in the old town of Lucerne, the 3rd floor of the 17th century building was restored. The owner's goal was to set up a beer brewery collection in it. In cooperation with the Cantonal Preservation of Historical Monuments and experienced craftsmen/restorers, a concept was pursued which aims to leave and show the history and structure of the house. Uncovered paintings, refreshed wooden floors from the 19th century or reconstructed wooden stud walls give the rooms the desired historical ambience. A new kitchenette, enlarged toilet and a flexible lighting system provide modern comfort.
